NP group is a provider of international resource solutions within two keys areas: Technology & Communications (ICT) and Education. The business was founded on our knowledge & relationships within the technology industry, indeed, many client relationships span 10 years or more.

Since our first full year of trading in 1999, the NP model has enabled the group to outperform average market sector growth (tracked against the OVUM HOLWAY ITSA index) every year without exception.
The NP directors each have a long track record in technology-based recruitment spanning at least fifteen years. The key management team consists of the CEO (Chris Cooke), CFO (Sugi Sugunasingha) & Directors (Sanjay Naik, Mark Alborough & Tom Smith); we have worked together through boom times and recessions in technology in two staffing organisations both of which sustained growth above market average.
People often ask us why we consistently outperform average market growth. What makes us different? Well we believe it is our formula.

People
We market ourselves to clients on the basis that our clients cannot hope to be the best at what they do without the best people. Well, we live by our own motto, we strive to employ the best individuals in each sector in which we operate. As well as knowledge of a specific niche practice area, we particularly value creativeness, determination, vision and entrepreneurial flair.
Environment
Although we operate in diverse markets, we foster and promote a high energy, consultative culture throughout the firm. Teamwork & high achievement are encouraged, rewarded and celebrated at every level, we do not have any layers of bureaucratic middle management who take salary but do not contribute fees, that means we can provide an industry leading remuneration structure to attract the best consultants available.
Sales Engagement Model
Since 2000, we have developed a high value, campaign-based international sales engagement model. NP has successfully delivered multiple campaigns across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. The value of our delivery capability requires a commitment from our clients on instruction and we always seek to work with clients on a relationship driven, non-contingency basis.
Methodology for Identifying Candidates
As we all know, sourcing candidates with high demand skills is extremely difficult. NP has created specific ‘centres of excellence’ within our key markets. Our knowledge of niche markets allows us to pro-actively highlight candidates through targeted headhunting & networking techniques. We apply this philosophy in all assignments, group wide, for all skill levels, contract and permanent.
Focus on Candidate Driven Markets
It is our ability to source & supply the highest quality talent in candidate-short markets which enables all the other factors in our formula to work. This philosophy is applied to all the markets we serve. We believe our model is robust & transferable to any geography and any candidate driven sector.
Future
It has been an exciting journey so far and we have realised many commercial and professional milestones. We have just moved to new architect-designed offices in central London and simultaneously we have re-developed our branding and web site. NP group is an ambitious organisation that has no other agenda than to work towards a dominant position in the specific niche markets that we serve.
