Since our first full year of trading in 1999, the NP model has enabled the group to outperform average market sector growth (tracked against the OVUM HOLWAY ITSA index) every year without exception.
The NP directors each have track records in technology-based recruitment which span at least 15 years. The team consists of CEO Chris Cooke, CFO Sugi Sugunasingha, and fellow directors Sanjay Naik, Mark Alborough and Tom Smith. They have historically worked together within two staffing organisations in the technology sector through successive booms and recessions, and yet both organisations have consistently sustained above-market-average growth.

People often ask why NP Group has consistently outperformed average market growth. What makes it different? The directors believe that it is a formula which marries 5 key factors in a model which is applied throughout the group:
